This urban townhome project contains 14 attached single-family residences occupying two separate building structures. The project site plan was developed by CPH in cooperation with the client to accommodate steep slopes on an infill site within the City of Bellevue. CPH provided civil engineering design, site planning, land use entitlement, and construction permitting services for the project. Pedestrian and an active recreation area were integrated into the site with a below-grade storm water facilities.
