CPH Consultants was responsible for site planning, entitlement, and final engineering design for this 8.8-acre, 27-lot residential subdivision. Our services for this high-density, detached single-family project proceeded under the jurisdiction of King County and in cooperation with the City of Renton during an annexation process. Minimizing impacts to existing on-site wetlands, streams, and associated buffers was a significant site planning and desiggn consideration. Final storm drainage design implemented dispersion to reduce impacts and maintain hydrology to the on-site wetlands. Extension of existing domestic water and sanitary sewer facilities was required to service the project.
