Location: Bothell/Mill Creek
The District is an 8-acre multi-family residential community comprised of multiple apartment buildings with more than 208 individual units and a 6,600 square-foot onsite recreation and leasing building with an outdoor pool. CPH provided services for all land use entitlements, civil/site design, and construction permitting. The site contains a large wetland complex that required special design considerations for storm water controls and water quality. CPH worked closely with the project architect, biologist, and owner to develop a site plan and design the necessary grading and infrastructure on this irregularly shaped site with notable topographic and critical area constraints.
