Location: Bothell/Mill Creek
This multifamily residential project includes 181 rental units and a 7,500 SF recreation building on a 5.9-acre portion of a 14.2-acre site in Snohomish County. The undeveloped 8.3 acres contains wetlands and buffers that were enhanced and protected as permanent open space with the project. CPH Consultants was the lead consultant responsible for coordinating all team design efforts, land use entitlements, and construction plans/permitting. Our design efforts included grading, storm drainage, and water and sanitary sewer improvements. The project also extended 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer and 1,300 LF of water mains from existing systems at Maltby Road (SR-527). Roadway Improvements at the SR-527 highway frontage required multi-agency coordination for utility connections as well as a widened arterial section to provide additional travel lane width, landscape strip, and sidewalks.
