Discovery Heights is an urban mixed-use development that includes a total of 569 multifamily residential units and 7,000 SF of retail and amentities space within the master planned community of Issaquah Highlands. CPH Consultants provided land use entitlement, civil engineering design, and services during construction for all phases of the project. The project included a variety of multifamily housing types including garden-style apartments, townhomes, carriages, and podium-style over ground floor retail. CPH was responsible for the design and permitting for all roadway, site grading, parking, storm drainage, and public utilities infrastructure improvements.
