CPH Consultants was the lead consultant responsible for the site planning, preliminary subdivision approvals, and final engineering design of this 1.2-acre, seven-lot residential project. This high-density, single-family residential infill project required creative site design and implementation of truly “integrated” low impact development features to achieve the required storm drainage controls. CPH worked closely with the landscape architect, client, and City to complete site planning and final design of rain gardens within the individual yard areas of each each individual lot to meet the project’s overall stormwater detention and water quality needs.
