Vantage is a 9.75-acre multi-family community in Snohomish County comprised of multiple garden- and carriage-style buildings with a total of 201 residential units and a 6,000 square-foot onsite recreation and leasing office building. CPH led all land use entitilements, civil/site and infrastructure design, and construciton permitting for the project. Design and permitting efforts with WSDOT were required for two new commercial access driveways to SR-525. The site contained siginicant topographic releif that required special site planning and engineering design considerations, including ADA accessibility.
