This public roadway project for the City of Woodinville involved pavement widening, re-channelization, signal upgrades, new pedestrian facilities, and storm drainage systems. CPH provided civil design and PS&E services for the roadway geometrics, grading, and storm drainage improvements. The project involved a major intersection in the vicinity of SR-522 that had significant existing underground utilities. CPH researched as-built conditions and proposed conflict resolution alternatives for these, and also assisted the City and design team with environmental permitting and preparation of the NOI and SWPPP documents necessary for NPDES compliance.
